Production on Breaking Bad was briefly interrupted when Wendy the prostitute was solicited by a non-actor, mistaking her for a real prostitute.

The TV show follows a chemistry teacher living in New Mexico, Walther White. He finds out he has stage III cancer and only has two years to live. He lives with his wife and son who has cerebral palsy. He decides to leave them a legacy. White puts his expertise in chemistry to use in the drug business and begins making the best crystal meth.

The show follows his journey deeper and deeper into the drug trade and how ill-equipped he is to handle it being a blue collar kind of man. Production of the show was halted at one point when Wendy, the prostitute from the show, was solicited by a real person who mistook her for a real prostitute.

The characters and their values in the show are reflected by the colors they wear. The trick they use for when they smoke meth is actually that they are smoking sugar or rock candy, but they don’t inhale it.
